Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the specific cases of damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item. Once an order is placed and delivered in good condition, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email 9tharcventures@gmail.com immediately with your order number, clear photos, and a short description. 

After review, we may replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. 

Approved returns must be sent to: 505, Ceejay House, Dr AB Road, Worli, Mumbai 400018, MH, India.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, gifts, or any reason unrelated to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
